Star Construction LLC is seeking a Telecom Manager to organize, direct, and supervise construction activities across a defined region. You’ll coordinate scheduling, ensure subcontractor compliance, and act as a liaison with internal teams on production, progress, and delays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Able to attend and pass required training
• May be required to work after hours; weekends or be on-call
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers

Responsibilities

• Defined area/region operations with daily production oversight
• Assist with employee development including growth and performance planning
• Ensure customer requests are handled professionally and promptly
• Vendor management with ethical, value-based relationships
• Approve material vendor and subcontractor agreements; pricing pre-approved
• Assist with hiring, coaching, onboarding, and discipline
• Manage major suppliers of materials and subcontract services bi-annually for evaluation
• Enforce contract agreements and company policy with subcontractors
• Coordinate with other departments to meet business goals
• Perform other managerial tasks as assigned by direct manager
