Zusammenfassung

Congruex is hiring a Construction Manager I, II, III to oversee construction crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget project completion. You’ll manage daily activities, resources, and deliver high-quality construction services while collaborating with project managers, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing construction crews safely and efficiently.
• Experience in aerial and underground telecommunications construction.
• Experience coordinating construction schedules, materials, budgets, and customer requirements.
• Experience supervising field personnel and managing multiple construction projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of assigned construction crews.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching, and support the professional development of direct reports.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Administer corrective actions and prepare documentation related to employee performance and conduct.
• Train and mentor Foremen while providing oversight on assigned projects.
• Coordinate project scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation with Project Managers.
• Collaborate with customers on project planning, site coordination, and scheduling activities.
• Order materials and monitor inventory requirements for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with administrative staff on crew timesheets, job documentation, and project setup.
• Review and approve invoices and project-related documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within established budgets.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
• Review and complete daily production reports, as-built documentation, mark-up maps, and project closeout packages.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing field personnel.
• Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs.
