Congruex is seeking a Foreman I-III to lead field crews on telecommunications construction projects in Ohio. You will oversee on-site crews, ensure safe and timely execution, coordinate with customers and management, review project plans, and maintain quality control for daily operations.

The role requires hands-on equipment operation, strong safety awareness, and the ability to train and guide crew members while maintaining compliance with state and company standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years operating heavy construction equipment.
• Valid CDL and OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage daily activities of assigned crews.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA and Congruex policies.
• Operate or supervise operation of heavy equipment as needed.
• Excavate and backfill trenches for underground utilities.
• Coordinate with customer and management on progression of work.
• Prepare and file daily project paperwork and reports.
