Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Construction Manager I, II, or III to lead construction crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will supervise daily activities, manage resources, and deliver high-quality construction services that meet customer expectations.

This role reports to the Construction Project Manager and involves collaboration with project managers, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of assigned construction crews
• Evaluate employee performance and coach direct reports
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Coordinate project scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation with Project Managers
• Collaborate with customers on project planning, site coordination, and scheduling activities
• Review and approve invoices and project-related documentation
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budgets
• Monitor project milestones and progress
• Participate in recruiting and hiring field personnel
• Oversee daily field operations to ensure safety and quality
