Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of technicians in telecom cable projects to meet timelines, quality and cost.
• Enforce safety regulations, certifications, and company policies to ensure safety standards.
• Assign tasks and schedules to team members, including ITG employees and partners.
• Monitor progress and quality, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, including linemen and drillers.
• Address and resolve operational issues, including on-site customer interactions.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management review.
