Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Foreman to oversee field crews, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely work on construction projects. The role includes coordinating with customers and management, supervising onsite activities, and maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities include daily crew management, site safety, and reporting to Construction Manager. Travel to job sites and training of crews are also required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with duties across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years minimum operating heavy construction equipment.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Maintain a clean MVR as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of assigned crews.
• Inspect sites for safety hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA policies.
• Operate track-hoe, back-hoe, mini excavator, skid steer, dozer, haul truck and trencher.
• Excavate and backfill trenches for underground utilities.
• Place conduit and pour concrete as required.
• Coordinate with customers and management; complete daily paperwork.
