Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Foreman I–III to oversee field construction crews, ensure safe and timely work, and coordinate with customers and management. You will manage daily crew activities, monitor safety, and supervise onsite operations across multiple sites in the region.

The role requires experience operating heavy construction equipment, reading blueprints, and strong communication skills. OSHA safety standards compliance is essential; bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Board experience in a telecommunications construction environment, including placing, pulling, and transferring strand, coax, and fiber.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with crew, leadership, and customers.
• Ability to manage crews.
• Ability to drive and operate company vehicles, bucket trucks, and work equipment.
• Ability to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory bodies’ safety standards.
• Bilingual Spanish and English speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of assigned crews and ensure safety, quality, and timely work.
• Inspect work sites for hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Coordinate with customer and management; supervise onsite activities.
• Track materials and project requirements; communicate status to PM.
• Complete paperwork daily and ensure cleanup and restoration of sites.
• Travel to and from job sites; assist and train crews; coordinate subcontractors.
