BECU is seeking a Director of Technology to shape and deliver a broad financial-services technology portfolio. You will partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance to align technology roadmaps with member outcomes, driving modern architecture, cloud adoption, and efficient delivery across critical platforms.
You will lead a large, diverse team of engineers, champion Agile practices, and build capabilities for strategic initiatives, governance, and cost management.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 7 years of experience leading technology teams.
- 8 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.
Mansioni
- Develop technology strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Lead delivery across payments, wealth management, lending, and other areas.
- Identify dependencies and risks across multiple teams to keep initiatives moving.
- Drive modernization through cloud, APIs, and DevOps practices.
- Build high-performing teams and provide mentorship and career growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance for governance.
