BECU is seeking a Director of Technology to shape a scalable, member-focused technology portfolio across payments, wealth, lending and digital experiences. You’ll partner with Product, Operations, Risk and Legal to drive strategy, modernization, and performance.

You’ll lead a high‑performing team, mentor engineers, and create governance, OKRs, and metrics that align technology delivery with member outcomes and corporate goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience; proven ability to lead technology teams.
• 8+ years of information technology experience with application design expertise.

• Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with business goals.
