BECU is seeking a Director of Technology to lead a broad portfolio of financial services technology. You will shape technology strategy and delivery across payments, wealth management, lending, and credit cards, driving modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, and DevOps.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to align roadmaps with member outcomes, manage a high-performance team, and foster Agile practices and continuous delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 7 years of people leadership experience. Experience leading technology teams required. 8 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.
• Desired Qualifications: ERP and/or Infrastructure/Operations and/or financial products experience; experience building technology platforms and teams; Agile/Scrum; CI/CD; coding standards; change management; incidents; build processes; operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Technology Strategy & Delivery: translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, business cases, and cost/benefit analyses.
• Own a High-Impact Portfolio: oversee delivery across payments, wealth management, lending, and credit cards.
• Anticipate Risks & Dependencies: identify blockers across Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Architecture.
• Drive Technology Modernization: modernize legacy platforms via cloud, APIs, SaaS, and automation.
• Identify Innovative Solutions: evaluate market solutions and lead RFPs and project charters.
