BECU is seeking a Director of Technology to lead a broad portfolio of financial-services technology, shaping tech strategy, architecture, and delivery across crucial platforms. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to drive modernization, cloud adoption, APIs, and enterprise tech initiatives.

The role emphasizes enterprise leadership, Agile practices, and the development of a high-performing team to deliver meaningful outcomes for members and the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of people leadership experience; experience leading technology teams required.
• 8 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.
• ERP/Infrastructure/Operations and/or financial products domain experience preferred.
• Delivery experience with Agile/Scrum and knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and operations preferred.

• Lead technology strategy and delivery aligned with business goals.
• Own a high-impact portfolio across payments, wealth, lending, and more.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies across Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and architecture.
• Drive modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, automation, and CI/CD.
• Lead development of RFPs, business cases, and project charters for strategic initiatives.
• Build and develop a high-performance technology team.
