Zusammenfassung

BECU is seeking a Director of Technology to lead a broad portfolio across payments, wealth management, lending, and core banking platforms. You will shape technology strategy, drive modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, and DevOps, and partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role can be remote for qualified candidates in approved locations; it offers executive leadership scope, high-impact initiatives, and a culture of growth

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
7 years of people leadership experience; experience leading technology teams required.
8 years of IT experience with expertise in application design.
