- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of people leadership experience. Experience leading technology teams required.
- 8 years of IT experience with expertise in application design.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy and delivery across payments, wealth, lending, and other financial services.
- Own a high-impact portfolio and drive outcomes across multiple business lines.
- Identify dependencies and blockers across teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, automation, and modern architecture.
- Build and develop a high-performance technology team with clear expectations.
