Zusammenfassung

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Director of Technology to shape and deliver a broad financial-services technology portfolio. You will connect strategy to member outcomes, lead engineering teams, drive cloud adoption, APIs, and modern architecture, and partner across Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to enable value.

The role emphasizes enterprise leadership, governance, and delivery excellence, with remote/onsite flexibility for approved locations.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
7 years of people leadership experience; experience leading technology teams.
8 years of information technology experience with expertise in application design.
Domain experience with ERP and/or Infrastructure and/or financial products is required.
Experience building technology platforms and leading teams.
