Job summary

BuzzClan is seeking a Technology Support Consultant to deliver first- and second-level IT support across multiple office locations in Kansas. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, deploy and maintain Windows devices, support Active Directory, BitLocker, and network peripherals, and resolve LAN/WAN issues while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of experience in distributed IT support, and a valid driver’s license with periodic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting computer users in a distributed computing environment.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, LAN/WAN, and IT support services.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel periodically across Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows operating system issues.
• Deploy, image, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft Office, BitLocker, endpoint security, and network-connected peripherals.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, IP addressing, DHCP, and audiovisual technologies.
• Assist with equipment deployment, secure data wiping, and IT asset disposal.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical guidance to end users.
