Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide front-line Tier 1 end-user support for our Home Office and field teams. You will troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, assist with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and device provisioning, and you will work on-site at our Leawood, KS headquarters with occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on IT support or service desk experience.
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 support.
Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
Experience with ITSM/ticketing platform.
Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
Associate degree in IT or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
Able to work on-site in Leawood, KS with occasional evenings/weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line Tier 1 IT support for Home Office and field users, from intake to resolution and escalation.
Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, printers, and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN).
Support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and licensing.
Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Deploy, configure, and support Windows devices with Intune and Autopilot.
Support iOS devices and device management requests.
Triage phishing, Defender alerts, and escalate security concerns as needed.
Assist with hardware provisioning, asset records, and office moves.
