Qualifications

• Associates degree and 0-3 years IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, Active Directory, remote software tools, VPN and Bitlocker.
• Must be able to lift computer and printer equipment up to 50lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical support to clients.
• Hardware support and software/application support.
• Hardware deployment and inventory management.
• Handle help desk tickets and prioritize requests.
• Collaborate with ITSD teams and communicate with customers, vendors, and management.
