Job summary

KBP Brands in Leawood, KS is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to deliver front-line end-user helpdesk support for the Home Office and field teams. You’ll troubleshoot Windows devices, manage Microsoft 365, and handle user accounts, device provisioning, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and the ability to work 100% on-site.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on IT support or service desk experience.
Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Ability to work 100% on-site in Leawood, KS.
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 end-user support for Home Office and field users.
Troubleshoot Windows devices, printers, and connectivity issues.
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Administer user accounts in AD/Entra ID; manage provisioning and resets.
Deploy and support Windows devices via Intune and Autopilot.
Assist with iOS device management and mobile enrollment.
Triage security alerts and escalate as needed.
Maintain documentation and knowledge resources.
