Experis Technology Group is seeking a Technology Support Consultant to support end users across multiple Kansas office locations. The position is onsite in Topeka, with remote work possible after 6 months.

You will deploy Windows images, manage endpoints, and administer Active Directory in a secure, responsive IT environment to keep systems reliable. The role emphasizes solid troubleshooting, strong customer service, and clear communication as you support end-user technology needs and contribute

Competenze

• Solid troubleshooting skills with proven experience supporting Windows environments.
• Basic Active Directory functions: resets, unlocks, user/computer creation and modification.
• Experience supporting Adobe products and delivering good customer service.

Mansioni

• Perform OS deployment, endpoint management, and desktop support, including imaging and deploying Windows workstations and laptops.
• Administer Tanium and other endpoint management solutions for software deployment, patching, compliance, and security.
• Maintain standardized workstation configurations by creating and deploying OS/software images across multiple hardware platforms.
• Provide Windows and Active Directory administration, including account management and security controls.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and client-server communications; support secure workstation operations including patching and malware verification.
