Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test and troubleshoot network cabling and related components.
• Move, add, and change computer and telephone equipment across sites.
• Maintain data and device security compliance per District standards.
• Document work using enterprise ticket tracking systems.
• Maintain inventory control of parts and supplies for repairs or replacements.
• Serve as a technical resource and staff a centralized help desk for information exchange.
