Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in New York seeks two Technology Support Analysts to join the firm onsite. The role supports software, hardware, network, mobile and audiovisual systems, with a Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm shift.

You will provide excellent customer service, assist with local and Citrix-based applications, configure hardware, support remote sites, and maintain inventory while working with central teams.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Windows and macOS environments, NetDocuments, iOS and Android devices, DTE, and Litera Compare.
• Ability to apply logic, reasoning, analysis and interpretation to resolve problems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Responds to local and central helpline, logs calls, and resolves or escalates issues.
• Provides application support for local installations and Citrix-based apps.
• Assembles, configures, tests, and repairs hardware and peripherals.
• Maintains inventory records and supports onsite and remote setups.
• Ensures security of the Firm’s systems and adheres to Firm policies.
