Job summary

OFFIX, LC is seeking a results-driven salesperson to grow our Virginia territory, building relationships with businesses through daily prospecting, outreach, and LinkedIn. You will identify technology needs and align our offerings with client goals through active listening and thoughtful questions.

2+ years of B2B sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, coachability, and a relationship-oriented approach will help you close consultative deals and drive retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self-management.
• Willingness to be coached and improve.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Driven to meet goals and maintain high accuracy in CRM and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your territory through prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
• Connect with Businesses daily via Strategic Phone Calls, Strategic Stop Bys, and LinkedIn Outreach.
• Identify Technology needs by aligning offerings with Clients goals through active listening, powerful questions, and vision casting.
• Close sales in a consultative, customer-oriented fashion.
• Nurture client relationships through continued client training and business reviews, with the aim of driving client retention and referral business.
