Job summary

Offix LC in Gainesville, VA seeks a results-driven Sales Trainer to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for the sales team. You will reinforce the Offix sales process, coach reps, and partner with Sales Leadership to accelerate CRM adoption and revenue growth.

You will create content, conduct field coaching, and measure training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement across office technology and managed IT solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Sales training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• CRM experience (SalesChain experience is a plus).
• Experience in office technology, managed IT, software, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire sales onboarding and a structured 1-year training and development program.
• Deliver sales skills training, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching with sales representatives.
• Train and reinforce CRM (SalesChain) best practices.
• Develop and maintain sales training materials and resources.
• Coordinate product and solution training with vendors and internal teams.
• Support managers with coaching tools, assessments, and development plans.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
