Job summary

Offix is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow a defined territory in Virginia through proactive outreach and strategic engagement with businesses. You will identify needs, tailor solutions, and close deals in a consultative, customer-first manner.

You will build lasting client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and drive retention and referrals through ongoing training and reviews. A competitive base with commissions supports performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-management.
• Willingness to receive coaching and improve.
• Strong relationship building and networking ability.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Attention to CRM, pipeline, and proposal quality.

Responsibilities
