Job summary

EY Americas TRM is seeking an Associate Director to lead technology risk management initiatives across the enterprise. You will drive development, implementation, and monitoring of risk programs, advising on independence, conflicts, and regulatory issues while coordinating with senior stakeholders.

The role requires deep knowledge of AI, emerging tech, and risk management, plus strong project management and leadership skills to guide virtual teams and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years related experience.
• Relevant professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, Security+, PMP, or cloud-related) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead TRM program initiatives across technology risk areas.
• Develop, implement, and monitor risk management processes.
• Provide reports to senior leaders on program status and risks.
• Collaborate with EY Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and GIS teams.
• Mentor and develop junior team members within TRM.
