Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead strategic and operational risk initiatives across our Americas technology environment. You’ll work with global teams to shape risk programs, advise on AI and emerging tech, and drive compliance with evolving laws and standards.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced project management, and the ability to manage virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of technology risk management and information security.
• Familiarity with AI laws, regulations and standards.
• Experience leading risk management programs and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead TRM program initiatives and develop risk management plans.
• Collaborate with Global teams to design and implement policies and processes.
• Create reports for senior leaders on program status and risk trends.
• Stay up-to-date with AI regulations and emerging tech risks.
• Manage and mentor junior team members within the TRM function.
