Job summary

EY Americas TRM is seeking an Associate Director to lead technology risk management initiatives and provide expert guidance on AI, regulatory, and compliance matters. You will shape program strategies, oversee risk assessments, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership within a globally connected team.

You will collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Information Security teams, guiding a capable team while advancing EY's risk governance capabilities

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications and the ability to interface at all EY levels.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of AI, Blockchain, and emerging technologies.
• Strong project management and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to lead virtual teams with natural authority.
• Experience with information security and risk management programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic and operational program initiatives in Technology Risk Management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management programs and policies.
• Collaborate across EY functions to design and implement risk controls and processes.
• Create reports for senior leadership and program stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and manage TRM staff.
• Stay up to date with AI laws, regulations and standards and reflect changes in EY policies.
