Job summary

EY Americas TRM is seeking an Associate Director to lead technology risk management initiatives. The role requires deep knowledge of technology risk, AI risks, regulatory considerations, and strong leadership across virtual teams.

You will develop and monitor programs, assess risks, and collaborate with multiple EY functions to align policies with evolving AI laws and standards. This is a high-visibility, hybrid role with significant growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to interface with EY personnel at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI and Blockchain technologies.
• Knowledge of AI laws, regulations, and standards; familiarity with related risk initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of EY technology risk management program initiatives.
• Lead execution of strategic and operational program initiatives within TRM.
• Collaborate with EY Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Global Information Security to design policies and processes.
• Create reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
