Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management to lead and implement risk programs across the Americas. You will guide strategic and operational TRM initiatives, collaborate with enterprise technology teams, and develop risk insights for senior stakeholders in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and a proactive approach to stay ahead of AI and other emerging technologies while mentoring junior staff and shaping risk

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive with knowledge of emerging technologies like AI and blockchain.
Ability to interface with EY personnel at all levels and manage risk.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of strategic and operational TRM program initiatives.
Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management activities.
Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and security teams.
Create reports for senior leaders.
Mentor junior team members.
