Job summary

EY Americas TRM Associate Director is responsible for leading technology risk management initiatives across the Americas, shaping risk strategies and coordinating with Global Enterprise Technology to implement policies. You will oversee program execution, manage junior staff, and communicate risk insights to senior leadership.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and a solid understanding of AI and regulatory landscapes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI and Blockchain.
• Solid understanding of EY's business issues and technology concerns.

• Demonstrated pro-activity and leadership in process improvements.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and delegate effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years of related experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, Security+, PMP or related cloud/emerging tech credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic and operational TRM program initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management programs and controls.
• Analyze legal and regulatory developments affecting AI laws and standards.
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology and other functions to implement policies and processes.
• Create reports for senior leaders detailing program activities and risk insights.
• Mentor and manage junior TRM team members and project work.
• Maintain current knowledge of the field and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Participate in ad-hoc TRM projects as needs arise.
