Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead the execution of strategic program initiatives across the Americas. The role requires deep knowledge of technology risk, AI, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to influence policy and risk decisions in a globally connected environment.

You will manage complex projects, collaborate across EY functions, and mentor junior team members while contributing to a culture of risk-aware innovation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to interface with all EY levels.
• Excellent organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI and blockchain.
• Understanding of EY policies and regulatory concerns.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and mentor junior staff.
• Proactive, initiative-taking and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in technology risk management and information security.
• Knowledge of global, national, and local AI laws, regulations, standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of technology risk programs.
• Oversee strategic and operational program initiatives within TRM.
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and other units to design policies.
• Create reports for senior leaders on program activities.
• Mentor and manage junior TRM team members.
• Stay current on AI laws, regulations and standards.
