Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead strategic and operational programs across the Americas. You will oversee risk assessments, policy updates, and collaboration with Global Enterprise Technology to align with client expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership of virtual teams and delivering risk insights to enable better decision making. You will engage with stakeholders across EY's global network, stay current with evolving AI laws and standards, and

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interface with EY personnel at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of emerging technologies, such as AI and Blockchain and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic and operational program initiatives within the TRM function.
• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management programs and risk mitigations.
• Create reports for senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement policies.
