EY is seeking an Associate Director for Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead strategic program initiatives across EY Americas. You will guide technology risk assessments, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration with Global Enterprise Technology and Security teams.

You will oversee risk-based decision making, ensure compliance with AI laws and standards, and mentor junior TRM staff in a hybrid work environment. A strong background in technology risk and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with EY personnel at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of emerging technologies, such as AI and Blockchain, and related risks.
• 8–10+ years related experience; relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, Security+, PMP).

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of strategic and operational TRM program initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management programs.
• Collaborate with EY Global teams to design and implement policies and processes to manage risk.
• Create reports on program activities for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage junior team members within the TRM function.
