Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead strategic and operational program initiatives across our Americas function. You will assess technology risks, shape risk-based decisions, and collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology and Information Security to design policies and controls.

In a hybrid work model, you will mentor junior staff, manage virtual teams, and stay ahead of AI and blockchain risk developments while supporting EY's mission of building a

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications; interface with EY personnel.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple tasks to deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of AI and Blockchain and related regulations.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and delegate, mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of TRM program initiatives.
• Identify technology risks and ensure regulatory and policy alignment.
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and GIS to design policies and controls.
• Create reports and present to senior stakeholders; monitor risk indicators.
• Mentor junior staff and manage virtual teams; drive continuous improvement.
