The role focuses on end-to-end platform stability, automation, and governance, with on-call responsibilities as needed, in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven track record in technology governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Preferred certifications in IT security, cloud architecture, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technology operations for assigned systems or services, meeting targets for performance, availability, reliability, and security.
• Owns and executes defined processes to reduce risk, support compliance, and improve day-to-day operations.
• Leads components of larger initiatives by planning, designing, and implementing technical solutions and improvements.
• Evaluates tools and processes, adopting automation and optimization to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Provides technical guidance and coaching through design/code reviews and troubleshooting support.
• Coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams to align solutions with architectural expectations.
