BECU is seeking a Manager Technology to lead engineering teams delivering member‑facing software across origination, deposits, credit and business banking. You’ll combine technical depth with people leadership to drive Agile delivery, modernize platforms, and guide AI adoption while keeping quality high.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, 4 years IT experience in full‑stack design (Angular, React, Java Spring Boot, Node.js) and 1+ year leading tech teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience leading technology teams.
• 4 years IT experience with full stack design and development, including hands-on experience with Angular, React, Java Spring Boot, Node.js.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology delivery across digital origination, credit, deposits, and business banking.
• Guide high-impact initiatives like Credit Line Increase and Retail MAX.
• Coach and develop engineering talent and foster Agile practices.
• Stay technically connected with architecture, APIs, and code-level issues.
• Translate competing priorities into realistic commitments for Scrum teams.
• Drive modernization, AI adoption, and roadmap alignment.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Product, Data, architecture, and vendors.
• Communicate delivery status and risks to senior leadership.
