Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience leading technology teams.
• 4 years of IT experience with full stack application design and development, including hands-on experience with Angular, React, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.

• Lead Technology Delivery: guide developers and partners delivering member-facing applications.
• Drive high-impact initiatives like Credit Line Increase and Retail MAX.
