Qualifikationen

• Required: a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Required: 1+ year(s) of experience leading technology teams.
• Required: 4 years of IT experience with demonstrated expertise in full stack application design and development, including hands-on experience with Angular, React, Java Spring Boot, Node.js.

• Lead Technology Delivery: oversee software developers, contractors, and partners delivering member-facing applications across origination, credit, deposits, and business banking.
• Guide High-Impact Initiatives: drive initiatives like Credit Line Increase and Retail MAX, and shape future LPP work.
• Lead and Grow Engineering Talent: coach, mentor, and develop team members and foster a high-performing, learning-focused environment.
• Stay Technically Connected: engage with architecture, APIs, integrations, and code-level issues to guide solutions.
• Create Clarity and Focus: translate competing priorities into commitments and protect Agile/Scrum teams from disruption.
• Advance Engineering Practices: improve SDLC practices, automation, CI/CD, testing, and incident management.
