Job summary

Bmore Technology is seeking a Technology Alignment Manager to lead our Technology Alignment practice in White Marsh. This proactive, client-facing role visits client sites, knows environments inside and out, spots risks early, and serves as the trusted advisor our service and project teams rely on.

You will partner with our vCIO to keep clients aligned with industry best practices, build our Standards Library, and help decide what gets fixed first.

Qualifications

• MSP or IT consulting experience across multiple clients.
• Bachelor’s in IT or related field, or 3+ years hands‑on IT experience with certifications.
• Ability to explain technical findings to clients and gain buy‑in on fixes.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites across the Baltimore region for proactive alignment reviews.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and explain findings in plain language.
• Identify risks from ticket trends and drive down reactive tickets.
• Contribute to Standards Library and align client environments with it.
• Collaborate with the vCIO on client technology roadmaps and priorities.
• Share on-call rotation for after-hours support.
