Job summary

ALLO Communications is seeking a Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) to act as the primary technical advocate for a dedicated client portfolio and drive long-term partnerships with business leaders and C-suite contacts.

You will translate complex technical concepts, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure seamless service experiences while identifying opportunities to improve processes and revenue alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred or Formal Technical education.
• 5+ years of graduating technical IT experience.
• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role with proven ability to build relationships with business leaders and C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advocate for a dedicated client portfolio and build long-term partnerships with key leaders.
• Provide strategic guidance by understanding client goals and conducting regular service reviews to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Translate complex technical concepts and troubleshoot issues to deliver analytical problem resolution.
