You will work with Service Delivery Managers and senior engineers to assess environments, identify gaps, and implement standardized solutions, while translating findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. This role emphasizes automation, documentation, and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess complex IT environments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with structured documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments against ActaMSP standards and best practices.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement; document findings clearly.
• Develop and maintain standardized onboarding/offboarding checklists and procedures.
• Collaborate with Technology Service Delivery Managers and senior engineers on tool deployments.
• Create automation opportunities to streamline deployments and troubleshooting.
• Communicate changes and impact to teams and clients, with thorough technical documentation.
