Alpha & Omega Computer & Network Services, Inc. is seeking a Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) in Huntington Beach, CA. This hybrid position blends client-facing IT strategy with hands-on technical work, ensuring high-performing environments in manufacturing and the Defense Industrial Base.

The successful candidate will conduct onsite alignment visits, lead standards reviews, and serve as the primary technical advocate for clients. Strong communication and technical skills are essential, along with 3+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in a technical or client-facing role.
• Strong technical skills in Windows Server, Office 365, networking, and backup systems.
• Experience supporting compliance-focused environments (e.g., NIST 800-171, CMMC, HIPAA) is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular onsite client visits for Technical Alignment Reviews and standards enforcement.
• Identify risks, gaps, and misalignments in client environments using a defined IT standards framework.
• Translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Assist with project execution and implementation of technical recommendations.
• Document findings, update configurations, and maintain alignment checklists.
