Job summary

Advantage Tech is seeking a Technical Alignment Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of accounts. You will build strong relationships with business leaders and executives, translate complex concepts, and ensure alignment of technology with objectives.

You will work across Sales, Engineering, and Support to advocate for stakeholder needs, drive process improvements, and deliver regular reporting on performance, projects, and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or equivalent technical education preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive technical IT experience.
• 3+ years in a technical, stakeholder-facing role with proven ability to build relationships with executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of accounts and build long-term relationships with key leaders.
• Provide strategic guidance by understanding business objectives and aligning technology with goals.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and troubleshoot issues with expert knowledge of products and services.
