Job summary

ActaMSP is seeking a Technology Alignment Specialist to ensure client environments align with established standards and tech stacks. The role collaborates with TSDMs and senior engineers to assess environments, identify gaps, and implement standardized solutions for improved efficiency.

The ideal candidate communicates complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and helps drive continuous improvement across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess complex IT environments against established standards.
• Translate assessment findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology Service Delivery Managers to develop and maintain ActaMSP’s technology standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of internal tools and client environments against standards.
• Identify technology gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document findings and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
• Develop onboarding/offboarding checklists and documentation requirements with TSDMs.
• Create step-by-step procedures for deploying and maintaining the ActaMSP stack.
• Deploy approved tools to client environments per manager direction.
• Develop automated processes for deployment and maintenance of standards.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and refine technology standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior technical staff on changes and new standards.
• Communicate changes to affected teams and clients clearly.
