Job summary

Bmore Technology is seeking a Technology Alignment Manager to lead our proactive alignment practice in White Marsh. You will travel to client sites, understand client environments deeply, and partner with our vCIO to ensure each client aligns with industry and company standards.

You will be the trusted advisor, spotting risks early, explaining findings plainly, and driving improvements across the service and project teams. A strong growth mindset and client-facing excellence are required.

Qualifications

• Requires MSP or IT consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or 3+ years of hands-on IT experience, plus multiple certifications.
• Experience explaining incidents to clients and obtaining buy-in.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel to client sites.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites across the Baltimore region for proactive alignment reviews.
• Be the go-to expert; explain environments and findings to clients in plain language.
• Identify technical risks and drive tickets down.
• Build trust with clients and partners; guide what to fix next.
• Help develop Standards Library; align client environments with standards.
