Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing or equivalent in a related role (e.g., information design, knowledge management, documentation engineering)
• Ability to translate complex technical features into customer-centric content
• Experience with docs-as-code environments and AI-driven content workflows
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating writing for a technical audience

Responsibilities

• Own documentation for multiple CRM product areas and deliver content on a monthly release cadence
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve documentation efficiency, quality, and speed
• Support multimedia content strategy, including video and eLearning resources
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to keep content aligned with the product
• Work with other writers and participate in review cycles
• Help evolve team standards for writing, publishing, and distribution
