Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Technical Writer to own documentation across CRM Product areas, delivering monthly content updates and leveraging AI tooling to enhance quality and speed. You will help shape multimedia content such as video and eLearning, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, customer-centric documentation.

• 3+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent
• Ability to translate complex features into customer-centric content
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams

Responsibilities

• Own documentation for multiple CRM Product areas and publish monthly updates
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation quality and delivery speed
• Support multimedia content including video and eLearning resources
