Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent in a related role
• Ability to dive into complex technical systems and translate into customer content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills for multiple projects
• Experience with docs-as-code and technical authoring environments
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating content for a technical audience
• U.S. West location (Pacific Timezone) required
• Nice to have: enterprise software experience, Git/XML/HTML/Markdown, Madcap Flare, AI-driven workflows

Responsibilities

• Own documentation for multiple areas within CRM Product and deliver new content monthly
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve documentation quality and speed
• Support multimedia content strategy including video and eLearning resources
• Build relationships with product and engineering to reflect product changes accurately
• Collaborate with writers and participate in review cycles
• Help evolve team standards for writing, publishing, and distribution
