Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer to own documentation across CRM Product areas, delivering new content on a monthly release cycle and using AI tooling to improve efficiency. You will work with product and engineering teams to ensure content remains accurate and customer-centric.

The role includes contributing to multimedia content such as video and eLearning, collaborating with writers, and advancing docs-as-code processes to keep documentation aligned with rapid product changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent in a related role.
• Ability to translate complex features into customer-centric content.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own documentation for multiple areas within CRM Product; deliver new content on a monthly release and manage existing content.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve documentation efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Support multimedia content strategy, including video and eLearning resources.
• Build relationships with product, engineering, and stakeholders to reflect product changes accurately.
• Collaborate with other writers and participate in review cycles.
• Apply and evolve team standards for writing, publishing, and distribution.
