Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite. You will be an expert in using AI to map documents into structured data within the data model.

Join us in a Work Anywhere environment, with responsibilities spanning data flows, prompts, and AI-powered automation. You’ll collaborate with engineering and UX teams, influence product direction, and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting, with at least 2+ years on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, UX, and product teams.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone and willing to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI agents focused on Docs to Data across the Veeva Quality Cloud
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders
